The following rates have been arranged at the meeting venue:
Crowne Plaza Belgrade

• Single room: € 160 per night
• Double room: € 190 per night

Rates are inclusive of Breakfast, VAT and free WIFI. Should taxes change rates will be adjusted accordingly.

These special rates apply during the meeting dates. Depending on availability, the hotel may extend the given rate during the weekend before and after the meeting dates.

2. General Information before you make your hotel reservation

Upon payment of the hotel booking (together with hotel reservation), the participant will receive a confirmation that his or her registration and HOTEL BOOKING is complete and effective by email. Hotel booking will be confirmed only upon the necessary payment is settled and depending on the availability. If you will prefer to settle the necessary payment by bank transfer, you are requested to transfer the total amount to the relevant bank accounts of the meeting.

3. How to Book (Individuals & Groups)

• Individual Booking
  1. You can book your hotel also while you register to the meeting.
  2. elect your Single or Double room at accommodation information part of the REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION FORM and enter the check in and check out dates
  3. Proceed with select your preferred payment method (Bank transfer or Credit Card)
  4. You will receive your order confirmation soon after completion.
  5. The invoice will be sent out upon payment is confirmed.

• For group registration (10 participants and more), please download the Group Registration & Accommodation Form.
  Kindly fill in the required details and send the form by email to the hottopics@k2-events.com
  The form will be processed and an invoice will be sent accordingly.
